Terms and Conditions for Kit Payments
Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before purchasing any Marketing Kits or Consultations (“Kit”, “Kits” or “Consultation”, “Consultations”) offered by B.gain (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By purchasing a Kit through B.gain, you (“you”, or “Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not purchase the Kits or Consultations.
1. Payment and Pricing
1.1. All Packages must be paid for in full before any services included within the Package are initiated.
1.2 Payment methods are detailed on our website or provided invoice. Please ensure payments are completed through these approved channels.
1.3 We reserve the right to modify the prices of our Kits and Consultations, which will be communicated through our official channels.
2. Refunds and Cancellations
2.1. No refunds after work commencement: we do not offer refunds once work on a Kit or Consultation has commenced. Commencement of work is defined as having had the initial consultation with the Client regarding the services included in the purchased Kit or Consultation. This policy acknowledges the allocation of resources and effort initiated on our end following consultation.
2.2. Cancellation before work commencement: if you decide to cancel your purchase before any work has commenced (i.e., before any consultation), please contact us immediately. Note that transaction fees or administrative charges may still apply.
2.3. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule any consultation or service included in your Kit, we request a notice of 3 business days in advance. While we endeavor to accommodate rescheduling requests, we cannot guarantee availability beyond the initially agreed terms.
2.4. Amendments by B.gain: We reserve the right to cancel or amend the terms of any Kit or Consultation due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. Should such a situation arise, we will offer alternative arrangements or rescheduling options where feasible.
3. Service Provision
Delivery of services contained within the Kits or Consultations will adhere to the specifics outlined at the time of purchase.
4. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
5. Liability
B.gain will not be liable for any losses encountered as a result of the purchase or use of our Kits or Consultations, beyond the scope of services explicitly outlined in the Kit and Consultation descriptions.
6. Agreement to Terms
By acquiring a Kit or Consultation from B.gain, you acknowledge having read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the Australia laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
